This community event is free and draws crowds of all ages. Moviegoers should bring a blanket or a lawn chair.
Food, drinks, popcorn and candy will be sold courtesy of Royal Scoop Homemade Ice Cream, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Bonita Springs Assistance Office.
"The Neverending Story" will be featured on March 7 as the final movie of the series.
This is the third year for the series, offered through an ongoing partnership of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, the city of Bonita Springs and the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors.
"Despite the recession, people need to get out and enjoy themselves, if only for a couple of hours. Movies in the Park is one of the ways we do this," said Jackie Aaron, communications director at the chamber.
