California Real Estate Exam - General Questions?

How many questions are on the test?
How much time do they give you?
Is it multi choice and true and false questions?
How soon do you find out you passed?

Is it best to study the Principles Book?

Is the Anaheim site for the test ever available?

There are 150 questions on the test, they give you 3 hrs and 15 min to take the test, its multiple choice and you find out if you've passed within 7-10 business days.

No don't study the Principles book that won't help you.

The reason Anaheim may not be available is that the place they usually give the test may not be available or there are is not enough interest at this time.

With all of the above said the best way to pass the test is to STUDY THE ANSWERS NOT THE QUESTIONS.. 12% of the questions could be math but some of the time there isn't math questions

San Diego is really nice for testing both at the convention center and at the office. Los Angeles is hectic.
