SAN BERNARDINO - Multiple search warrants served by prosecutors in the investigation of embattled Assessor Bill Postmus will remain sealed for the moment, a Superior Court judge has ruled, thwarting attempts by a Riverside County newspaper to gain access to the court records.
Information in the warrants, if disclosed, would reveal "the scope, focus and design" of an ongoing, complex investigation, explained Judge Douglas Elwell, who stood his ground during proceedings Friday in San Bernardino Superior Court.
Prosecutors had served the warrants Jan. 15 as part of an investigation into alleged political malfeasance by Postmus and his office. One of the warrants served at Postmus' residence uncovered narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
The Press-Enterprise newspaper filed a motion challenging Elwell to unseal the warrants, which he had signed, in favor of access and the public's right to know about a significant investigation in a county that has a history of public corruption. But

San Bernardino Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a Redlands man on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred in Yucaipa in San Bernardino County on Sunday afternoon. Deputies were called to a home on First Street to investigate the incident. Witnesses reported that two men in a late model Dodge Magnum drove by the residence and fired several shots into the home. Six adults and one infant escaped injury in the attack. Police later arrested Michael Bellomy, 18, at his home.

I need a fast cheap legal divorce. I prefer the place to be in San Bernardino County that is my place of residence.
The word Divorce and Cheap NEVER go in the same sentence.
Court cost, alimony,child support, lawyer fees, divorce fees.
